Christmas pound cake

Our Christmas pound cake is like wine that matures and gets deeper in flavour with time. Made of local organic flour, organic eggs, butter and unrefined sugar. Rich flavours are added with dried cranberries, plums, apricots, figs, candied orange peel, golden raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and walnuts. Moistened with the legendary local liquour Vana Tallinn.
