The owner of the online shop bakery.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Kopli Pagarid OÜ (reg no. 14200518), Kopli 27, Tallinn, tel 58542224, info@bakery.ee.
Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information
The terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop. The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro. Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.
If a courier service is requested to pick up the order, a delivery charge will be added to the price. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Placing an order
To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate method of delivery. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
NB! When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.
Payments are intermediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – in the case of payment by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.
The owner of the online shop is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but not later than 7 days after the notification.
Delivery
The buyer has the following options to collect the goods:
1) Pick up the goods yourself and collect the order from the café owned by Kopli Pagarid OÜ (Bekker Bakery, Kopli 27, Tallinn) according to the café’s opening hours and prior agreement.
2) Courier service within Tallinn Mon-Fri 9.30-15.30. If you have chosen a courier service to collect your order, please note that the delivery arrival window is 2 hours. The courier fee is 6€.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND CLAIMS
Goods that are non-returnable by their nature (including foodstuffs, beverages) do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In the event that the goods clearly do not comply with the agreed conditions, the Seller must be informed immediately by sending a complaint with photos to the following e-mail address: info@bakery.ee. If there is an identifiable error on the part of the company, at the customer’s request we will exchange one item for an equivalent item or refund the amount paid for the item.
The online shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of delivery.
In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop within 24 hours at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@bakery.ee.
The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online shop will refund the amount paid for the defective goods to the buyer.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order before the date of dispatch and receive a refund within 5 working days. Orders can only be cancelled on working days and no later than 12.00 on the day before the day of delivery by calling the café on +372 58542224 or by emailing info@bakery.ee. Cancellation requests received later will not be honoured.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal customer information obtained from the e-shop when placing an order and making a purchase will be treated as confidential information. Kopli Pagarid OÜ will not disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties without the customer’s permission. The personal data of the customer is used for the delivery of the products ordered.
