Soft brioche bun with almond filling and lactose-free whipped cream flavoured with natural vanilla. As we make almond filling on spot, there’s nothing unnecessary in it, only almond flour and sugar. For texture we add some roasted and crushed almonds with a touch of salt.

Our shrove buns are ready and available in the café every morning from 9:30 a.m.

NB! Pre-orders for Shrove Tuesday, February 17, are fully booked, but we will keep baking more throughout the day and semla buns will be available for purchase at the café.
