Bekker’s Shrove Tuesday buns are lactose-free and made of brioche dough, rich in butter and eggs making the buns extra airy and soft. We use eggs from Äntu Manor and lactose-free butter. Juicy raspberry-rhubarb jam is made in-house as is the almond filling, which contains only two ingredients: almond flour and sugar.
Shrove buns are available in the café every morning from 9:30 am.
