Bekker’s Shrove Tuesday buns are lactose-free and made of brioche dough, rich in butter and eggs making the buns extra airy and soft. We use organic eggs from Äntu Manor and lactose-free butter. Juicy raspberry-rhubarb jam is made in-house and to top it off there’s lactose-free vanilla flavoured whipped cream.
Shrove buns are available in the café every morning from 9:30 am.
