Bekker started in 2017, when we opened our café with a bakery and pastry section. We love the art of baking.

Our product selection is inspired by our grandparents home baking. When developing recipes, we follow the timeless principles and baking techniques of Nordic cuisine. We use high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and prefer organic products when possible. We avoid flavor enhancers, artificial food colorings, semi-finished products, and other unhealthy additives in our work.

Freshly baked sweet and savoury pies with generous homemade fillings fly out of the oven every day. Our breads are also freshly baked each morning using local organic flour.

When it comes to cakes we follow the principle – less sugar, more flavor. We always have lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly options available.

We believe that everyone deserves a little everyday luxury in the form of good, high-quality coffee. Our coffees are made from beans selected and roasted by Lykke Coffee Farms’ roasting team in Estonia.

Lykke Coffee Farms is a Swedish-origin coffee roastery founded in 2020 with the aim of making the coffee industry more ethical and sustainable. The founders decided to grow their own coffee to ensure a transparent and fair supply chain and to eliminate middlemen. Lykke owns and operates coffee farms in El Salvador, Peru, Brazil, Uganda, and Panama. The coffee is grown organically, without monocultures or harmful chemicals, in harmony with nature and local communities.

At Bekker, we use the Darkness coffee blend — a dark and bold coffee made from 100% Brazilian Arabica beans from the Caparaó region. Its rich flavor profile features notes of cocoa, pecan, and cookie dough, offering intense body without an overly bitter roasted taste.
