Honey cake

Good old honey cake is a delicious treat, but takes some patience to make. The numerous thin layers are hand rolled and separately baked. In between layers we have caramel flavoured cream cheese. Decoration of the honey cake includes caramelized hazelnuts, the cake does not contain nuts inside. It is possible to order nut-free.
