Bekker’s glutenfree gingerbread dough is made of local organic buckwheat flour, organic eggs and unrefined sugar. Flavoured with a spice mix perfected by our bakers, including cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and black pepper. Allergens: organic eggs, butter. 600 g.

Additional Information

No added gluten in this product. But since we use gluten-containing flours in the same kitchen, our products are not suitable for people with celiac disease. If you don’t bake the entire amount at once it is okay to freeze part of the dough for the next baking time.
